Very nice, welcoming staff and team, helped with installation and balancing of 4 tires I supplied. Patrick did an excellent job of communicating and helping me get my needs met along with sourcing lugnuts to get the job done. Max the tech did a fantastic job at mounting my tires and compleated my request promptly. The team made sure my ride was safe before leaving the shop.

Was purchasing a used car and it wasn't running right. Next Generation found that the car had multiple things wrong with it including a bad transmission, thankfully I had 7 days to return it which I did. I did not have to get any repairs but plan on getting the next one checked out before finalizing purchase.

I dropped my vehicle off the night before u scheduled appointment. I was delighted with how fast my break job got finished. Fully satisfied with the services provided. Will definitely use Nextgen again. 10/10 recommend

My car shut down on the highway at night and I was stuck five hours from home. The next day, Next Generation took the time to figure out how to fix my car and I was able to get home safely. They even picked me up from the hotel I had to stay at. For an event that was very stressful, they were a shining light. Great service! Great people! Highly recommend!
