If auto parts stores had elite units, Doug would be like a Delta Force sniper. The guy just consistently "sends it" and hits target. Most parts stores employees are apathetic at best. Great crew here. Worth the hour+ drive.

I have dealt with Tom, the owner, of the store for thirty years. He will go out of his way to take care of customers. Recently I had a part I had purchased fail, through no fault of Tom’s, he as always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with a solution. One thing I would recommend though is to stay on his good side.

This place will amaze you as to the parts they have in stock. I do most of my own maintenance and repairs. Example: Honda spec synthetic automatic transmission fluid. Could not find it at any of the auto parts stores or big box stores in Hudson. Parts City has it AND at a great price. Another example: my boat trailer axle nut and seal. I put the old mangled ones on the counter and within a couple minutes the new ones were right there. Tom, Matt, Doug, and all the crew are friendly and you can trust that they will not sell you something that you do not need.

They got what you need, or at least can get the part you're looking for.

I called Parts city to help me figure out why my four wheeler stopped working and how to fix it. They were extremely helpful, had great trouble shooting ideas, and we're kind and respectful. I am not one to leave reviews but I was so impressed with their service, I had to share. Definitely recommend Parts City for your automotive/small engine needs!
