Blain’es Auto in Ashland is the best place to go for car repairs and general maintenance. They are very honest,trustworthy and truly care about their customers. Trey and his staff are awesome.

We were traveling to South Carolina and experienced issues with our breaks. We safely made it to Ashland in the middle of the night. The next morning we went to Blaine’s and explained the issue and that we were our way to SC. Blaine’s had our vehicle in their shop, diagnosed the issue and repairs done in less than two hours. The price was reasonable and fair. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we could continue on our trip. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Ashland is lucky to have a company like yours. We are thankful for all of your assistance. We were hundreds of miles from home, and blessed to have encountered such hospitality!

My daughter’s alternator died on the side of 95 traveling from Hampton, VA to Northern VA. She was towed to Blaine’s Auto Shop in Ashland, VA. They replaced her alternator but broke the connector which drained her alternator. She did not notice any changes until 40 mins into her drive lights were flickering. She called the shop and they said it was probably a faulty alternator. The next day she went to a shop near her home and they confirmed the connector was broken. When we called Blaine’s shop to inform them, they stopped answering our calls. The new shop even tried to communicate with them and they stopped answering their calls too. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. They are incompetent and do not take accountability for their mistakes! Crooks!
