Amazing dealership... Everyone is soooo kind and knowledgeable... I love my Telluride...
Visited to view a vehicle I saw on cars.com. All seemed well until negotiations. Junk fees / services included, discounts given and then removed, dmv quotes almost double what they should be, and informed documentation fees (double other dealerships) were not negotiable which state statutes say they are. Written / detailed explanation of fees not provided when initially asked, was made to feel I was wrong for asking, and when done would be paying for services not being used. Initial numbers given were a good $6000 over price and rather than just adjust they would only tweak little by little and say certain items/services not negotiable. Crooks in my book. Should have been an easy, straightforward, quick in/out deal but no. Too much back and forth BS. Unless you are the kind to just
