Blue Compass RV North Beaumont Service Center (ExploreUSA Supercenter)

We are on a six week road trip and our refrigerator stopped working. Willy in the service department had us come in at 8:30 and we were headed west by 11 with the refrigerator functioning and a roof issue they detected temporarily repaired. Great service and kind folks to work with! Highly recommend!

Bought our Jayco out of state discovered several issues that needed attention before we traveled. On a friends recommendation we took it to Blue Compass Beaumont North. Some of our issues took patience on Willie and the Technician Robbie’s part to figure out. We are so appreciative of their persistence in finding our solutions. Willie stayed in contact and delivered our unit back to us as promised. They are the best!

Took our RV to Blue Compass Silsbee for a warranty issue with the roof. We told them when our trip was for Thanksgiving and they said they would try their best to get it ready by then. The problem took some creative engineering and special attention and Robbie Sherrod and his crew came through. Can’t even tell that there was ever an issue. Deanna kept us informed and the RV was ready the day we requested. Outstanding professional service! Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful! The manager emailed the address and information for delivery, and was present and very helpful. The guy running the forklift didn't just sit on his machine and wait, he was right there with me helping me offload, and put the tanks and Jacks on. The gal that was checking in the units was very fast and efficient. Great place. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to come back. Thank you.

I strongly prefer to support local businesses instead of Amazon whenever I can but the parts dept made that impossible. We drove there from Woodville and had the details on our RV but they could not figure out whether the part we needed hooked up to 1/2 “ or 3/4”. Went online, looked up the part and ordered it on Amazon for much less money. But we would have preferred getting the part today. I gave them a lot of stars only because they were very friendly snd they tried.
