I took my truck in to get worked on and see what was wrong with it. This was in March 2024 and it's now October 2024 I just got it back after being told that I can pick it up. Once I get there the mechanics asked if I had a trailer to load it on cause they recommended no to drive it . We said no we were expecting to drive it out of here . Asked was all done to it and the one thing that I got told that was going to get fixed WASN'T EVEN FIXED. We took it home and now it's sitting again . Had it for 7 months and basically did nothing it's still the same problem. When they say they will call you back that's a LIE I got told that so many times and never once got a call I had to call them to see what's going on. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star it's a joke and just sits on your vehicles

The work performed on the car was done right and with care. I was kept informed on the progress and was finished on time as promised. Have another one to take to them!

I had my Honda Civic towed here after the towing company suggested them due to quality and fair pricing. They had it only 2 hours and diagnosed it ordered the part over night and had it running great by ur next afternoon. No extra diagnostic fees or BS that you get at most shops. I had the same car taken to Mountain tech the year before and it cost me $1300 to replace a pulley and they had it for four days. I trust these guys they don't try to make extra money off of you they fix what's broke and send you on your way.

Billy Is the best! Always has top of the line knowledgeable mechanics and is always available to quickly diagnose and quote auto repairs for a reasonable price. They always do great work on my vehicles and I won’t use any of else!

We were on Vacation in Ruidoso and our Suburban started having transmission issues. We took it by here bc he was on the way to our cabin. Billy was willing to check it out and was honest about the time to fix it and the cost. We ended up trailering it home but if I had the time to leave it and let him repair it, I wouldn’t have questioned anything about what he did. He let me keep it there until my trailer arrived. When I asked how much I owed him he said “Owe? For helping you out? You don’t owe me anything, I’m just helping a family on Vacation out.” So from my family to Billy & B&M Automotive, I’ll forever be thankful for your friendliness and help! Thank you so much!! 🍻
