We had a huge snow storm this past weekend. I had to leave my car in the lot because I couldn't make it up the iced over hill on Porr to make it home. I made sure I was in a correct spot and left a note in my windshield. I didn't think it'd be a big issue since they are closed Sundays anyway. So I come down this Monday around 1:00, allowing the ice to melt, and as I'm about to get my car, the owner, manager, came out and tried to say how lucky I was he didn't have it towed. I tried to explain that I couldn't get my car up the icy hill. He said he didn't care. "It's a business". Obviously it's a business. Go here if you want to get ripped off. Was quoted $1300 for AC compressor replacement. I said no way and paid the diagnostic fee. Called a shop in Lubbock where I have family and was quoted $650 for the same job! I will be making that drive. $170 labor rate is crazy.

Went in for a horrible sound in my front wheels Thinking the brakes needed to be replace! Turns out it was a Rock struck in my rotor and dust shield, Kyle came back and gave me back the rock he removed and said it’s done !! Kyle thank you for your honesty I really appreciate that !!!

Kyle sold us a car for $7,000 with a switched out engine. car would overheat so we took it back to him to get it fixed. Kyle switched out the radiator and the thermostat, which costed another $1,200. once i got it back, it STILL overheated, and my oil level was at 0%. we got an oil change and took it to a different mechanic. we ended up paying $300 for a complete diagnosis. turns out it was the head gasket, but mainly the engine. i only had this car for 4-5 months. Kyle didn’t even diagnose the issue with my car before charging $1,200 for repairs. his services were a complete waste of time. Kyle is not a people person either. when my boyfriend spoke to him, he said that talking to Kyle was like “talking my way out of trouble”. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY, DON’T BUY A USED CAR HERE!!

Developed grinding breaks while traveling in Ruidoso, NM. The mechanics diagnosed the problem and replace the rotors and brake pads. Super fast and very professional. Quick work and on our way in no time! I highly recommend this shop!!!
