From start to finish precision auto was fantastic! Took in my 95’ Ford Ranger to replace my ignition lock. They were knowledgeable, friendly, provided excellent customer service, upfront about pricing, and efficient. Overall, very satisfied with the work they completed and would definitely recommend them for auto services!

Excellent service! My motor home broke down out on the road with a complicated repair and they not only saw me right away, but also got the parts ordered in a day and lent me a beater to get around, as I was well and truly stranded with my dog. When the parts came in they got to it immediately and worked nonstop to get the van put back together. Very kind, professional and competent team. I am truly grateful.

In town from Colorado for a family reunion and horseback week. Unfortunately, my alternator decided to go out. Sid, the owner of Precision Auto was happy to help, so very kind and even drove us to the rental car agency. Mellisa was informative and so kind as well and a pleasure to talk to. Josh the mechanic and two helpers were outstanding. Sid did not hesitate to say how great these guys were at their job! Thank you to the whole crew for getting us back on the road and to our family who was "eagerly awaiting" our arrival. I highly recommend Precision Auto for any of car mechanical needs! They were wonderful, each and every one of them...even their beautiful Golden Doodle!

To say that these people treat you like family would only be applicable if you came from an extremely dysfunctional one. I went in for an AC condenser repair and was charged nearly $1,000 for a $150 part plus labor. Then, after changing my oil, they told me I needed a new oil pan. While my house was actively flooding and I was being evacuated, they also claimed I needed new break pads and rotors. Stressed and strapped for cash, I bought the parts. After relocating to a new state, I made an appointment to have the breaks installed. The mechanic there inspected my car to and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the breaks or rotors. This place used to be good when Brek worked there, but my experience with Sid was one of blatant exploitation. I felt targeted as a woman in a vulnera

I wish I would have read the latest review. I'm a shop owner here in Oklahoma and was vacationing with my family when my carrier bearing went out and being away from my shop i had to hire precision auto and diesel to install it. They took complete advantage of our situation and over charged for everything, 150% on parts, inspection that wasn't needed, credit card charges when debit was used, job supply fees when all old hardware was reused. This job in my shop would have been less than half of what i was charged and my discount on parts is passed straight to the customer. Don't do business with this shady cutthroat shop.
