Took my 2014 f150 in for repairs , quality control missed it in on this one.

Extremely Disappointed with Service. I had high hopes when I brought my vehicle to Nick's shop, but my experience was nothing short of terrible. From the start, the customer service was lacking. I felt ignored and undervalued, as my questions went unanswered and my concerns were brushed aside. Instead of the professional environment I expected, I was met with empty promises and a lack of accountability. After weeks of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, I was constantly reassured that everything was on track. However, when I finally received my car, it was clear that not all the promised repairs had been made. Nick and Gary did a phenomenal job on my 2021 Tahoe. I'm from out of town and Nick promised to have it completed within a 4 day time frame. Nick was an extremely honest person. I am a very particular person and they far exceeded my standards.

10 MONTHS ago, a federal employee, in a government vehicle, backed into our '16 Frontier. Thus began the Tort Claim process against the federal government(our tax dollars at work, folks). May '23, we FINALLY received a settlement, for the lowest estimate. Kudos to Nick for agreeing to repair our truck, at his original estimate! Great work by the crew at Sierra Blanca Collision. Quality, professional work; ready as promised. Moral of the story: don't get hit by a government employee! If you do, be prepared for a loooong settlement wait! But, DO take your vehicle to Sierra Blanca Collision for repair!

Nick was very fast prompt and got my 2018 Chevy looking great love the truck and how professional and up to date I was on the whole process only took 2 weeks again thank you and the whole crew
