Gentleman Javier, really had a bad attitude and when I didn't know my engine size off the top of my head he hung up on me. I believe he's the manager, outrageous!

Javier is very knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced both of my pickup batteries quickly and shook my hand when he was finished. Definitely coming back.

i’m not from that area and I stopped in because I needed a couple parts for my car to make it back home and the service couldn’t have been better. everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable and they got me what I needed quickly.

Customer service is great and they will go above and beyond to help you find the parts you need or don't need. This part here wasn't showing up in the system when the numbers on the part were entered into the computer, but a manager there took one look at the part and knew exactly where to find it. I had to go there yesterday because I thought one of my fuses was going out and I was going to buy some so I could change it out but one of the guys working there took the time to ask me why I needed the fuses and if he could help. So I showed him what was going on with my truck and we went back inside, got on YouTube, and found a video that showed me how to reset the sensors that were giving me the error message, and it saved me from having to buy fuses. So, in conclusion, they will do anything

Poor service bought a part that we were told was what our problems was by their diagnostic. Changed it out still same problem. Wouldn't help or consider they sold a defective part. Employee very rude. Not visitor friendly
