I cannot recommend Mike at Bob’s Automotive enough. After wasting almost two hours at the dealership where they tried to charge me over $500 for a so-called fix to an intermittent key lock/unlock issue, I decided to leave and get a second opinion. I showed up to Bob’s right around closing time, and Mike still took the time to help me. He stayed well past closing, patiently worked through a complicated reprogramming issue, and got my key working perfectly again. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about fixing the problem the right way. And the best part? He didn’t charge me a thing, after the dealership was ready to charge just for diagnostics alone. I left beyond relieved and so happy I came here. Mike was amazing! I recently moved to the Belmont area from out of state and needed to find a local shop for routine maintenance and minor repairs. I had a great experience at Bob’s Automotive services working with Mike. He did an excellent job fixing my brake lights and reverse lights—quick, professional, and done right the first time. Had a great experience with Bob’s. Came in with a coolant leak and Bob’s fixed the issue in a few hours, including going to the dealer to pick up a special part. Their price was reasonable and they called me shortly after dropping the car to keep me updated about the cause of the issue and price to fix it. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and professional too. Would definitely recommend them.

So I thought it was only right that I shared my most recent experience at Bob’s automotive—which was fantastic. I felt welcomed and all my questions were answered. They ordered the exact part needed, and provided the price before hand. I did not feel like I was getting swindled, folks were honest and straightforward.
