I love these guys! A real neighborhood shop and I can really trust them to be honest. They even will give you a ride if you are nearby. And I don't feel like I'm dealing with a faceless business owned by unseen corporate overlords. It feels like I'm just going to my neighbors who have a skill I don't have and compensating them for their time and effort. Just honest, real people.

I have been taking my car(s) to Brothers for nearly 20 years. I work nearby and they drive me to work and then pick me up at the end of the day after working on my car. They've done many oil changes, tire replacements, battery replacements, state emissions tests etc. They are excellent car mechanics AND very honest. Many times they fixed a problem rather than doing a costly replacement that another shop had quoted (like the time they told me they could simply plug my flat, rather than telling me to replace it or to replace all 4 tires like another shop had recommended). They also explain everything in a straightforward and clear way, never condescending or upselling anything. Highly recommend.

These guys were the worst. First of all they took almost 45 days to get my car back to me. I called them at least 15 times and was either told that Harry was not there, or that he was too busy to take my call. So I would leave a message and get assurance that he would call me back. This never happened. I never received a call. I also told him to not do any work on my car without my approval because it is not worth much. When I finally got him on the phone, harry told me he had put over $400 worth of parts in my car, without any approval from me. When I came to pick it up, the coward wouldn't even come out to collect payment, speak with me, or explain anything. he had his gas station attendant speak with me and would not speak to me. I spent 15 minutes telling him I would not pay
