I would like to thank the extremely kind and caring men who changed my flat tire yesterday after I hit a curb. I was so shaken, but they immediately calmed me, quickly replaced the tire and didn't even charge me! I am grateful! Thank you, again! Anne Whitson

I'm not upset that my vehicle failed inspection... I'm disappointed that they seemed to not care. Didn't tell me what needed to be fixed, just told me why i failed and listed a couple things. I had to ask what failed. They didn't give me any details and basically repeated what the sheet said. Like if you're gonna fail me for markers- tell me, What markers do i need to replace? If you're gonna fail me for tires... tell me, what tires are bald...? They refused my offer to give them business when i asked if they would fix the issues. Maybe they are on probation, or they just don't see how they could make money fixing electrical issues? Sorry guys. Bad first impression. I was hoping i had a new local mom n pops garage but I'll keep looking.

I always fill my gas here and Tommy is great. So when my battery was failing I saw they were an Interstate battery shop. I took it in and they diagnosed and replaced the battery under warranty. Quick and easy.

BEWARE. Surprised that these guys screwed me over, but they did. Mark the owner gave me a verbal quote of a total cost of $1000. to replace an intake manifold on a 2016 Jeep Patriot. I agreed to the price and waited 4 weeks for the part to come in and the repair to be completed. They then charged me $1500. for that repair, handed me the paperwork after they had swiped my cc through the machine. I immediately told them I was over charged, I had been quoted $1000. for the intake manifold repair. The tech Brian told me I would have to discuss with Mark, who wasn't there. I've left letters in the drop box and left vm messages, no one returns my calls. (They did work on another vehicle of mine 2 years ago, almost $4K worth of work on Chevy Colorado.) The service experience at P&M is the best. They are knowledgeable, helpful, practical, fair and the work is solid. I favor them exclusively over the dealership garage for any non-recall/warranty-related work and trust P&M with my car 100% from replacing wiper blades to major repairs.
