Hynes Collision Center

The guys at Hynes Collision Center are great to work with, super communicative even when very busy, their shop's work is excellent, and they made things easy with the return of my rental vehicle - I dropped it off with them. I had my car repaired after someone rear-ended me, and Joe was very helpful and accommodating when travel plans required that I pick up my car on a tight schedule, early in the morning. My car is as good as new and I'm very happy with Hynes and Joe's great service, and fully recommend using them.

I brought my Subaru Forester in after an accident, and from start to finish the experience was seamless. Vincent went above and beyond in navigating the complexities of multiple insurance companies, multiple claims, and coordinating rental cars. He made what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable and straightforward. His communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful throughout. Excellent shop and quality work. Had a hit and run mess up my bumper, they got me in within a few weeks, communicated well with both me and my insurance, and got my car back in about 3 weeks. Everyone is super helpful and friendly and they gave me my car back with a full detail inside and out, not to mention the work looked better than factory. They even took a few extra minutes to pull it back in the shop without me even asking when I pointed out a little scratch that they might not have even caused. I was also able to leave my rental car with them so I didn’t have to worry about finding a way back to their shop. Great experience, will definitely be using these guys again!

He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. The service was efficient, fairly priced, and completed exactly when promised. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, and Joe really makes the difference. My experience at Hynes was wonderful from the moment I called to schedule a drop off! The guys there are fantastic. My car looked a little rough after being hit while parked in a lot. They seamlessly scheduled a drop off time for me, helped me set up a car rental and despite being extremely busy/in the middle of the holiday season, they got my car back to me within the time they told me they would. When I picked up my car I was floored! It looked incredible. Their attention to detail, even taking the time to vacuum the interior as well and clean the dash, was not something I had expected. My car looks brand new! I will never go anywhere else. I can’t say enough good things, and this was my first experience needing my car fixed!
