They communicate clearly, stand behind their work, and the level of care and attention they showed my car really stood out. As someone who trusts Dunkin's to get the morning started right, I value consistency and reliability & that's what I exactly found in Belmont. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone with a German car.

We are very satisfied with BM Werks. They are accommodating and responds to requests promptly. They send you pics of the things that need to be fixed. Prices each item and gives you recommendations of what should be done immediately verses fixes that can wait. Rob and his team are very good mechanics. My car comes back running much better each visit.

Got my transmission serviced on my 2018 BMW x3 M4.0i by Boston Motor Werks. Very happy with the job. They absolutely can service your ZF transmission with absolute perfection. I am very precise when it comes to techs working on my cars. I actually went under the car just for peace of mind to check the torque on my tranny pan bolts. They were perfect. I also checked to make certain the underside shielding was on correctly and it was. This was not that I did not think they would do the job correctly but I wanted peace of mind. It is also important to note that the tech showed me my old tranny pan cause he knew I was a car geek and wanted to show me where my transmission filter was located in the tranny pan. That makes me very happy as a paying customer. A+ to Boston Motor Werks.

Rob and his team are excellent. They have kept my A8 in great shape with honest, expert service. On my last visit, Rob even sent photos of the issues along with his diagnosis and estimate, which gave me complete confidence in the work being done. Highly recommend.
