I needed help with a CAP Low Income Voucher from the Bureau of Automotive Repair on a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. I am an old lady with an old car and little money.. I was very worried about losing my car and independence I researched 30+ shops. Most would not touch it, or I had to leave it up to weeks. Brad's employees took my car and me in like an orphan. They explained what would happen and It is what happened. Called and explained costs and get permission each time a new part was needed. No scams talk. Just fixed the car! I am so grateful Brad's for your integrity.
