I’ve been taking my Mercedez to Encinitas foreign auto for many years now. By far, the best customer service and honesty in the business. Carlos and Lavar are beyond helpful. Just recently, I had two separate problems with my vehicle and they acted with an integrity and honesty which is not always the case with auto repair shops or dealerships as we all know. The whole staff has a high-level understanding of customer service and it Is not surface level. It’s real. I highly recommend them five out of five I’d give them Six stars if I could.

I recently moved to the area, and did not know where to take my car when it broke down. After having a very poor experience elsewhere, I had my car towed here. They were very accommodating. The tech Jason took a look at my car, and immediately knew the solution. I highly highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for an experienced, honest, trustworthy shop.

These guys are just the best. The most friendly, kind, and quick service. I had an issue with a cracked outer case on my driver’s side mirror. The Subaru dealer wanted to charge me $800 to repair - Carlos, John, and Johnathan told me that was crazy and they glued the cracked case back onto my mirror - for FREE! So grateful to have this auto shop in the neighborhood and for their genuine kindness.
