I had to have my new car bumper repainted and the dealer recommended CC. While I have to admit the estimated price seemed high, the job was being paid for by the dealer I bought the car from and I liked the many positive online reviews so I went with them. The reps were professional and explained the work to be done and the estimated job completion date. I also received text updates throughout the week which I appreciated. One of the reps graciously also agreed to touch up another area of the car with a fine brush at no additional charge since they had the paint. In summary, I would recommend and use CC again, particularly for insurance claimed work.

Definitely know what they are doing. I had taken my car to another shop for an insurance repair. They had it 4 times and we could still hear a wind sound from the replaced door when we drove. Luckily Crash Champions were able to fix the problem very quickly. I really appreciate them taking on my insurance repair. Any other shop I asked to look at it wouldn’t. I will be using them in the future.

Crash Champions are great! They easily fixed scratches on my front bumper and mirrors and it looks brand new! I thought that when they took off my front bumper to paint it, they disconnected my brights so I took it back for them to check it out today and they fixed it within 2 hours! They replaced my older bulbs (that weren’t even the right ones for my car) with new, correct ones at no cost! They were super polite and quick and I would totally come back again!
