Usually I head to the dealer for oil service. I couldn’t get an appointment so I decided to try valvoline by searching website and found a coupon too. Guys were quick, courteous, and informative. In and out in about 10 mins. I question why dealerships take a whole day for an oil change now. Definitely will return
I went in today for a quick oil change on a time crunch. I was able to get straight in & was serviced by Ray & Elijah. I will say, best service I’ve received and I’ve been to many places to get my vehicles oil changed. Informative, super kind & just seemed happy to help. I will be returning because of service they provided today.
Ryan and team, at the north El Camino Encinitas location, are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a question about my vehicle and 5-6 of the team members came over to assist - all very polite, funny and eager to help. The oil change itself was quick and easy and I was on my way in no time. I really enjoy this location and the folks who work there. Thank you!
This team is like a pit crew. You pull in, they swarm the car, checking tires, lights, fluids, battery and of course, the oil. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. They get you in and out quickly, and fair prices to top it off!
The two people who did the oil change were awesome! They talked me through everything, made it super easy and they were very fast and efficient.
