Brakes 4 Less

This was my first visit there. I had been going to an auto repair shop across the street. My last visit there was a nightmare. It took 6 hours for an oil change and front brake repair. The manager at the counter was a real jerk. As I left he told me I needed to get my rear brakes replaced in a few weeks. The estimate was around $300. Luke at Brakes for Less was terrific. After checking my breaks, they needed to blows the brake line and my rear brakes were fine and needed no repair. I only spent 90 minutes at the shop. I have told many friends already what a pleasant experience that was. I wish you did other repairs and I wouldn't go any place else. Thank you and again like was fantastic.

I went in after setting an appointment for grinding of brakes. I figured that I had some pad issues. It turned out that there was some damage to the integrity of one of my calipers. As well as pads needing full replacing. I had a lot of questions and Luke was there to oblige. super helpful,knowledgeable and kind. i will definitely be back for any future problems or maintenance on my car. thanks again Luke and the team!

I stopped by here with my friend since her SUV started making weird noises up front when slowing down so we figured it was the brakes. The one young mechanic brought us into the work area to show us the problem and was very kind explaining what was wrong. But we felt very uncomfortable when someone’s tool box had naked pictures of women on it. The same guy had his turtle there which I thought was weird he brought his pet to work. Overall, it seemed like they knew what they were doing but we just felt uncomfortable with the older gentleman there and his attitude so we left.

Luke was amazing and provided great customer service! He let us know what issues they found and was honest. We will definitely be back for any future brake service.

Had some issues after getting new rotors and Break pads ( still had Squeezing noise ) brought it back on Tuesday 9/23 to let them check on it and they have fixed my issues without any issue. John was also very professional and helpful. Definitely would recommend them
