Absolutely stellar experience. Cannot recommend enough. Frank is outstanding and really goes to bat for you to get all the repairs your vehicle needs, even and especially if insurance lowballs at first. He's humble and gets the job done not only in short order but without hassle, and his repair jobs are, at least in my experience, essentially perfect. I had to have several exterior pieces replaced, and he not only negotiated with the adjuster to get MOPAR replacements instead of aftermarket for all of them, but matched the specialty paint of my vehicle to an unbelievable degree of precision. Got into an accident on Nov 18th (not of my own fault of course). Frank at Branhaven Collision was GREAT! He walked me through all the steps and assured me not to worry. Never got a response back. I called and left a very detailed voice message about thd help I needed with my vehicle. No one returned the call. This to me just screams overall lazy energy, it’s unfortunate to see this because it’s not professional and you guys just lost out on some money and a potential customer at the same time

Nice and honest people. My daughter moved to the area and needed collision work and didn't know who to go to but they have proven to be extremely reputable, efficient to work with, and knowledgable collision experts.
