Brown's Car Wash

Went to the 2nd self serve car wash. They use to have a change machine for bills, but couldn't find one. Put $3.00 of quarters in the machine; then seen sign minimum of $5.00 is required. Tried using the card reader and it said I had $5.00 I was charged, but the wand wouldn't do anything. Tried again and same thing. Gave up and went home; then seen I was charged the $5.00 twice for a wash I wasn't able to get; totally stinks!!! Wish I'd waited in line at a car wash that actually works and doesn't rip you off!

The touchless is overpriced and the credit card machine in the self wash will charge your card and not work. Cant recommend this place.

I went here and there card reader was not working, tried my card a couple times, and a construction worker told me the card reader was down. So I paid cash, then comes my credit card bill and I was charged $20 for a $5 self service car wash that I had already paid for in cash.

I've been going to Browns for many years but the last couple of times I've gone to the touchless wash bank there has been an issue with the $13 wax wash. After the wax is applied there is no longer a power wash...only a spot free rinse that barely gets the wax off before going to the dryer. In the past there has always been a power wash after waxing. Don't know if this is intentional or an equipment issue but I'll stop going until this is rectified. Prior to this it has been a great place to get an affordable wash.

Nice little car wash and vacuum stations right off highway 5. Each vacuum cycle lasts 4 minutes and only cost 1$. Good deal and STRONG vacuums thankfully
