Mattie's Service Center

Mattie’s is such a friendly place and they are like everyone’s family. You get treated like family. My mom used to go there before she passed. And now I will carry on my mom’s experience with anyone who asks who is the best.

Heard so many good things about Mattie's and we wholeheartadly agree. Everyone was very nice and let us know ahead of time, how much their services on our car will cost and we appreciate that.

Fan. Tas. Tic. That’s the one word I can use to describe my experience with the wonderful folks at Mattie’s. My family and I were on a road trip riding through Milford and we must have ran over a nail on the highway. Not being from the area, I frantically googled different establishments trying to find someone to help. It was later on a Saturday afternoon and after calling 5 other places, the receptionist at Mattie’s told me they could take check to out if I could make it over to them quickly. 10 minutes later I walked into a welcoming, clean and comfortable waiting area and they took my car in to give it a look. It’s always so hard to find a pleasant, honest mechanic shop, which is why I’m so glad I found Mattie’s. First of all, the customer service is top-tier. Talking to Niki about my tires felt like I was having a fun yet informative conversation with a girlfriend. Then I go down to the office to pick up my car, and it’s clean and bright and cheerfully decorated, and everybody seems genuinely happy to be there. The pricing was very fair, and my new tires look fantastic. HIGHLY recommend!

I wanted to comment on a local business, Mattie's Service Center in Milford CT. I've owned many cars in my day and been to more repair shops than I can count. But there is something very special about Mattie's. The office girls are so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They make you feel like family. Mattie is a very hard-working and extremely honest technician who is highly skilled. And when I get my car back, the white on white is still spotless and the bill makes me smile.
