If I could give this place a zero review I definitely would. Since the day they opened their doors , I’ve broughten my wreckers (5 of them ) our personal vehicles (4 of them) to wary here atleast 3 times a week. That’s a lot of business that my fleet and family has given them. Today I was approached by their OWNER. With a smile on her face, ask me not to wash our trucks there anymore. I asked “why” she says “well it’s alot of work to line them up especially when it’s busy” so what about when you are slow and we come through and you guys completely want to cater to us ? You have had no problem taking out money per month for washes, raising prices and all. 6 weeks ago they damaged my fiance’s 2021 Cadillac Escalade , her mirror broke from using their wash. Wash is sub par — never gets your car completely clean especially in the back of your car. There are superior options in the area. I cancelled my membership was told by an employee that it was. The charge showed up on my card told Jessica the owner it was canceled by one of their employees said it would get resolved it wasn’t. Jessica is very dishonest and rude and do not trust them. Make sure you get a receipt of cancellation. She would not credit my money back to my card. My credit card will get the matter resolved . Steer clear of this place unless you want to get scammed. Pretty pathetic over 50 dollars but that’s how some businesses and people are. 👎Below comment is a blatant lie was told my membership was cancelled and I would receive a refund. We signed up for the 3 months for $30 which is a great deal. Very good car wash, nice drying and vacuuming area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Convenient location. It's a win for us.

I visited this car wash and unfortunately, my vehicle was damaged due to their negligence. Midway through the wash, their conveyor belt stopped moving, leaving my car stranded. The car behind me hit my vehicle, damaging the rear. Thankfully, my bike rack took most of the impact, saving the bumper, but the rack is now broken and unusable and it is worth $500. I was disappointed by how their staff handled the situation, asking me to get multiple repair quotes as if I was at fault or asking for a favor. They also told me not to worry about the other car involved, which felt like an attempt to downplay the real collision damage. On top of that, their claim that aftermarket parts like my bike rack aren’t covered showed a lack of courtesy, especially since the rack actually reduced the impact t

Mixed reactions of this place. First time with my truck, I was pretty happy with the wash. Second time with our SUV left me unhappy due to the poor quality of the rear of my vehicle. I didn’t notice the poor wash job until getting home and exiting the vehicle. I tried contacting them directly through their website twice with zero response despite the “we will get back to you soon” type of message. Soon is a few days in my book. It’ll be 6 weeks tomorrow. Guess a non response to customers is how they wanted to let me know their level of concern.
