Kyle was amazing and he even came in on his day off to accommodate us. The financial guy found a lower interest rate than I did and he even discounted the warranty for us. Sydney was the best though! She called all of them and told them to roll out the red carpet after we brought our Jeep in for repairs the third time in 3 months. Thank you everybody!

I recently required Bud Clary Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Moses Lake for emergency services while traveling through the area. They were able to squeeze me in for a quick diagnosis and discovered a pretty serious issue with my truck. From the time I walked in the doors I was treated with utmost respect and care. Every courtesy was given to my comfort and needs. The service advisor I dealt with was named Sydney. Sydney was very professional and informative. She gave me all the details of my service needs in terms I could understand and pretty accurate costs. Sydney checked in with me throughout the process and gave me updates periodically. The charges were very close to the quote I was given and there were no hidden charges or surprises. Some of the charges were higher than similar services

Overall the experiance was fair. My issue is I was estimated one price then it doubled in price they stated that the tech was having trouble so the price had to go up. When I picked up vehicle there were footprints all over the floor mats and the least they could have done was vacuum it out and give the vehicle a wash job. The service writer was good so no issue there.

Service department experience has been the worst I've experienced from any dodge dealer. The girl at front desk (wont say any names) does not return my calls, they say they do not report to CARFAX, they claim CARFAX pulls from them (could be true but 90% of my records for this place are not in CARFAX) UPDATE: after the review posted the general manager called and 100% of records are in carfax.. not sure how they arrived, but they are there now.... In my experience there, I paid for tire rotation for every service apt throughout 40k miles, and at no time was the tires actually rotated. Started noticing about half way through, marked my tire and it never moved.. Service manager denied they didn't do it.
