$10 shipping for a $1 part. They kindly sent 3 instead of 1 and it arrived very fast. Online was much easier than phone ordering.
I had a simple oil/filter change and tire rotation and was charged a whopping $91.75. That is outrageous. I am still fuming about it and will never go back.
