Budget Car Rental

Rented a car at the airport. Found out that our fob was not working to lock/un lock the car and by the next morning it was barely working to start the car. This Budget was just down the road from our hotel and we didn't really want to go back to the airport to have it fixed. We walked in and he was able to pull a battery from an old fob and had us on the road again in minutes. Sure made our day a lot less stressful!!

It took three local Budget locations to mess up my holiday plans. I made the initial reservation with the Inver Grove Heights Budget location in early December - a 3-row SUV to haul around family and gear/presents over the week of Christmas (12/22-29). I received a call on 12/18 from the Inver Grove Heights office telling me that they needed to close until after Christmas, and wouldn['t be able to service my reservation, but would transfer it to another location. I picked the Burnsville location, and the woman I was talking to said she'd transfer it there. I did not receive any notification that the reservation had been changed - it still showed up online at IGH, so a day or two later, I stopped in at the Burnsville location to talk to someone, The agent said that the reservation had not b

Amazing experience here, the guy helping me out was super helpful, great customer service. Very fair rates, vehicle was perfect for what I needed it for. Would absolutely recommend and go back if needed.

This store has got to have the nicest woman I’ve ever met working here. We had a reservation to pick up a truck and we’re running a little behind and it was no issue whatsoever. When we got there the woman helping us was very personable and thoughtful and kind. Easy picking up the truck and the woman helping us made for an enjoyable experience.
