I brought my car in with some minor cosmetic damage, expecting to pay out of pocket for the repair. Instead, the shop manager took care of it on the spot for free. I was absolutely stunned by the act of kindness! It’s rare to find a business this honest and customer-focused. They’ve definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back for any future work. From beginning to end, this was an amazingly positive experience! This was our first time working with LaMettry's as it was based on a recommendation from the dealership we service our vehicle at. We had some paintless dent removal work to be processed. The service manager Suzanne was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional through the entire process. LaMettry’s was very easy to work with when my car was involved a hit & run in December 2025. They provide an estimate for the damages very quickly and in fact they were far better communicators than my insurance company. The car was ultimately deemed a total loss so I didn’t need repair thru LaMettry’s.

They do amazing work. I have brought multiple vehicles to them. I had rear end work done from a collision about nine years ago, and a small leak had formed, and they backed up their lifetime warranty and fixed the seal for free. They were super friendly and helpful in the whole process also. If you want somebody who stands behind their work, I would choose them every time.
