Had a wonderful experience at VW Inver Grove this week! Everyone was kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. Not one person made me feel pressured to purchase a car and was genuinely interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle which is so unlike every other dealership I’ve been to. Jonathan was AMAZING! He took the time to explain all the details of the vehicle prior to the test drive and double checked to make sure I was getting the discounts I qualified for and then explained it all again when I purchased it. He never once made me feel rushed and answered every question I had. Even remembered what day I was taking my cat to the vet and wished us well that day when I’d only mentioned it briefly! I had a nice and comforting experience. Michael helped me look at and test drive a few cars and I decided on a 2023 Jeep Cherokee. I liked that no one hounded me as soon as I got there. I was probably walking around the lot for a good 15-20mins before I went in with some cars I wanted to look at. Everyone was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. This was a much better experience than what I was planning on.

Sam Lien and Inver Grove Volkswagen are very supportive and respectful throughout the car buying process. They were patient as we made our decisions on which car and what package to choose, to buy or lease, and they were fair with our trade in.
