Discount Tire

I have been a loyal customer for decades. In the last year have spent over $6000 on wheels and tires. Had them swap tires onto my truck. They severely damanged all 4 wheels. When I told Jake of the issue he took pictures and said he would be submitting a claim and I would hear back within a couple days. After hearing nothing, I inquired about the status. Turns out Jake never submitted the claim. After a week and several phone calls he finally did. However, according to the claims department he never submitted pictures. I submitted before and after pictures weeks ago and have heard nothing. No call from this store, no call or email from their claims department. I will never spend another dime with this store.

Went in about 45 mins before they closed and they got me into a new set of tires very quickly. Very impressed, both William and Noah were helpful! Also, great job and appreciated the Techs with their thorough work too. Would recommend to anybody looking for tires, repair, alignment, etc!

Even though I don't need to come by all of the time - thank the heavens. - They are always nice and personal to me. There was one time a few years back. I came in with an emergency flat. They looked at my previous history there and found that I still had a discount for something or other that I was still qualified for from my old Chevy. That transferred onto my new to me Honda. When I had my 01 Chevy I worked multiple jobs. I said I couldn't be there in time to pick it up just by 10 min past their closing hours. They where nice enough to allow me to grab my car. We had complete conversations. Saying hey I got out later than expected. Mind the readers this was back in 2017. Even though I bring my car to Honda I still count on this location for my tires. I came in late one evening dreading the fact that I needed to get tires for winter. I feel like other locations I’ve been to, the workers are always trying to pressure me into an upsell. Megan, the assistant manager, was fabulous. She was no nonsense, told me what I needed, and made the sale. She was personable and efficient. The techs were fast and had me in and out in no time. Best discount tire location I’ve ever been to, I will definitely be back!

This Discount Tire has always done great work for me, and anyone else I know that goes here. Work is done on time, or early and always done right. I would highly recommend to any family or friend, and have.
