Buffs Wash LLC

Utilize their bay for my truck. Overall worked fine, however, I was charged a full $17.50 for a wash that would've cost $6.00 based on their computation of charge/use. Not sure if the machine was defunct but it's likely those behind me got a free wash out of it. I've attempted to reach out but their contact link on their website does not work. Will post an update if their customer service representative reaches out to address the issue I've encountered.

Car wash itself isn't bad. Owner is rude and has absolutely no customer service. They were closed when I went, so I was trying to just to turn my car around to leave, and the owner pops out screaming and cussing, almost ready to fight me, all to make me leave, which im already trying to do because they have no stalls working as is. Definitely rather drive further and give my money to someone who actually cares about the customers too, not just themsleves.

Used my Credit card to pay turned switch on to start the soap and came out with very now pressure and started soap and then just stopped. I couldn't rinse or nothing. Had to pull out to another bay and wait 20 min to get it back into another bay to start washing again. After I completely washed it and let dry I can see the soap was sitting on the car for 20 min. I sure hope this isn't permanent. We just bought it 4 days ago flawless of cosmetic damage

Washed my truck with foam brush n water. The soap in foam brush is not good quality as the body did not clean. Water Pressure is good place is clean 1 bay is always closed out of 4 bays Hope they use good soap etc

I didn't actually get to use it. The line was 7 cars deep. Two bays were closed.
