Burdick's RV Center

Took our 2021 Entegra Qwest motorhome to Burdick’s RV Center to have the OEM slide system replaced with a Vroom slide system. Service manager Angelo was great! He was very accommodating (suggested we Boondock at their facility… we were coming from the Albany, NY area…). On arrival we were able to plug in to a 30 Amp service providing electricity for our overnite stay. Angelo also spent time with us the next morning and answered all our questions prior to the installation. Everyone at the dealership from Chris who checked us in to Lyn who actually performed the slide installation was friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. I must say Burdick's RV Center is a top notch company. Everyone there was so nice to deal with, if you are looking to have your Schwintek slides upgraded to the Vroom System and you are in the Northeast look no further. My wife and I decided we had enough of the "S"-tek system and called and spoke with Angelo and got scheduled with in 3 weeks, however we had an issue with our Toterhome and had to reschedule our appointment. Angelo was great about the rescheduling even though I know I messed up his schedule, he was able to get us back in within 2 weeks. We dropped our Toterhome on a Sunday and on Thursday they called and let us know both slides were completed and we could pick it up Friday. Yes I will say it wasn't a cheap upgrade but, after spending quite a bit of money on our "S"-tek's it

Stopped for a mid-trip repair that turned out to be tricky and involved my airstream dealership in MI. Our technician, Lyn, went above and beyond to get the repair done. He simply kept working, working thru the repair until success was achieved . And he was supported by a very able team. The Burdicks treat their employees really well, serving complimentary breakfast and lunch once a week. Lyn told us he got his first raise 3 months after he started! The Burdick’s customer service is what every business should strive for - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. They care about their customers and employees. This place overflows with pride in their service.

Sean at Burdick’s was the best to deal with of the 4 ATC dealers I contacted. He answered my complicated questions and worked with me to get the deal where I needed to be. I travelled 2000 miles to get the RV.

Can’t say enough great things about the whole team at Burdick’s RV Center. We had a truck tire rip off our leveling system on our Vienna. The team rebuilt the leveling system even better than original and took care of some warranty issues all in the same day. The owner even came out to make sure we were happy with their service. If you need work you can’t do better than these guys!
