I always come here for my U-Haul rentals very kind and professional people. I even made a mistake of leaving the dolly’s at my house they let me return them an hour late with no hassle. Top tier customer service.

This place is the eye sore of Valpo, the owner is rude, so many better options in the area.

Busy bee has helped me out of a tight spot on at least 2 occasions. Last visit I had work done on my car that involved re welding my gas tank. Their always thorough and usually get it done the same day it's dropped off. It's hard to find a trust worthy mechanic these days and I will be taking my car there again for my automotive services in the future

They said my Infiniti would be fixed in about 4 days back in October ‘21, but it ended up taking 3 weeks, costing over $4,000 plus car rental fees. They constantly say, “I’ll call you,” but they don’t. 5 months later the engine did the exact same thing, and the exhaust had still been loud, so I took it back in. The mechanic wasn’t there that day, so they once again said they’d call but never did. I got fed up finally, and I took it somewhere else who said the mechanic completely messed up the timing and it would cost another $4,000 or more to redo. Don’t use this shop.

I brought my car in for a simple brake pad replacement. They told me I needed all new pads and rotors. They charge me $750 for pads and rotors and for a new caliper bolt, would she probably messed up while installing my brake pads. I pull my car out of the shop squeaking. They tell me that that will go away. A month later it was still squeaking and I brought it back in. Now they explain that I need a new wheel bearing. This cost me an additional $405, which is twice what it should cost. As I'm pulling the car out of the shop it is squeaking once again as the brakes are rubbing on the backing plate. Pulled it back in immediately and they made a quick adjustment and sent me on my way. This place is it complete rip off and a bunch of con artists. Absolutely 100% do not go here ever and pleas
