Im totally impressed, my car looks brand new!! I highly recommend this place for your repair needs. John was very knowledgeable and friendly. Caliber Collision took away a lot of the hurt after you car his a deer. First, Mrs Gavins, at the reception, allowed to leave my car with them even though my insurer did not yet assign them the job. I was uncomfortable driving my car. As soon as the job was assigned, paperwork was a breeze and I was assigned a point of contact: Mr. John Willis. Throughout the repair, he kept me updated and invited me often to ask questions or raise any concerns I may have. He also advised about an issue that was not related to the repair. Finally, despite having many parts coming late, Caliber Collision completed the repair and gave me back my car 5 days ahead of the promised day. Really, good people!

Great service. My Auburn student was in a minor accident. We are out of state. They made everything so easy and kept my daughter updated daily. Car was ready sooner than expected and the work was great
