Trek Bicycle Auburn

Just got back into cycling and purchased two e mt bikes from Kevin. He was great at helping me with the order and setting the bikes up for me after the sale.

I went by today as someone looking into biking for the first time. Kevin was there to help me and actually spent time explaining everything in detail about their brand. He didn’t blink at the 500 questions I had. He answered all of them like a champ. You can tell that he genuinely loves the sport and is very knowledgeable about it. I will definitely be back soon!

THE BEST! Staff, selection, knowledge, and community. Purchased my last two bikes from this location and Ben, Kevin, and Amy have always taken great care of me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new ride, service, and parts!

Dealing with Kevin was such a pleasure. While I didn't know what to expect price wise, the services were shockingly well priced in my mind. He not only did what asked, but was proactive to research some additional info he thought I may find helpful in the future. And considering he doesn't have enough space hardly to store the bikes being worked on, the turn around time was incredible. Will definitely come back for any and all needs.

I love this bike. Ben and the staff at Trek Bicycle Auburn were awesome. They listened to what I wanted to do and hooked me up. This Rail 7 was an incredible deal. I ripped down roads at 20 plus rode and rode some lumber roads today. This old man is happy to be back in the saddle. I did not want to get off this bike. This bike shop is the best shop I have ever done business with. I have ridden for over 30 years and worked with many shops. I also bought my wife a Verve and she loves it too. Ben really helped her feel at ease and explained how the bike worked. She just started riding and I think she is hooked too. Thanks so much.
