This one of the best shops in the area! If they can work with you help you in anyway they will. They just not about a dollar bill. The manager Zane I think is awesome he was so a help and dee they always deliver great customer service. Zane really help me out tremendous with my low beam and high beams bulbs and lights. Went in for what I thought was just a simple brake pad change, and the team caught that my rotor was already metal-on-metal and dangerously worn. Lance took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me the damage, and made sure I understood why it needed to be fixed right away instead of just doing the quick pad swap. They told me straight up that if I’d kept driving, I would’ve turned a $400 job into triple the damage. Really appreciate the honesty, transparency, and the fact that they prioritized safety over an easy sale. Service was quick, professional, and straightforward. Maison is the best for a quick oil change. Definitely recommend if you want people who actually look out for you and your car.

A couple of days ago my wife had an oil and filter change at this location. The next evening we noticed a problem with the work that was performed. This morning around 8:00 am, I called and spoke with the Assistant Manager (Tyler) and explained the situation. Within an hour or so, Tyler had a technician (Stevie) on the way to our home to correct the problem and make it right. Stevie came in our garage and took care of the issue right away (problem solved). That is what I call outstanding customer service. I was taught at an early age that people will find out your real character when you make a mistake. My daughter was heading home and the coolant light came on. She did not feel comfortable fixing it herself so she took it to Express oil. Ben helped her, checked for leaks, topped it off and then sent her on the way. He was so nice to her that I will be sending her there for all her car needs. Thank you Ben.

My daughter, who is a student in Auburn, dropped her car off there because it was overheating. The guys pulled it in and checked it out immediately. They smelled coolant and wanted to do a pressure test on the cooling system, so we left it there, considering that it was the very end of the day. The next day they topped off the coolant and checked the fittings on the hoses to make sure that everything was tight. They did find a loose clamp and they tightened it down with everything else. When they ran the pressure check on the coolant system, they found no leaks. When I called to check on the car, they filled me in on the status of the car and told me that the leak problem was fixed just by tightening one clamp, and that they were not going to charge me anything for that.
