Great experience. Joe who helped me was friendly, worked fast, and did a really good job. You can tell they care about doing things right and making customers happy. I’d definitely come back and recommend this car wash to others.

Joe at Goo Goo provided outstanding customer service. He greeted my car with a smile and was immediately ready to assist. He was incredibly friendly and made the entire experience pleasant from start to finish. Wonderful customer service overall, and I definitely plan to be back!

This car wash is extremely unreliable. Most of the time I come here during their posted business hours, they are closed. Cones are placed and the entrance is blocked with no explanation. Even when they are open, the service is poor and not properly managed. If you advertise certain working hours, you should actually be open during those times. Wasting customers’ time like this is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to improve reliability and accountability. I would not recommend this place.

This awesome. Every time I come through, friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is done right and always makes the experience quick and easy. You can tell Joe actually cares about the customers and the quality of service, which makes a big difference. Because of employees like him, this is hands-down my go-to car wash in Auburn.
