Caliber Collision

I had booked an estimate with them on October 8. No one has reached back out to me since the day of the estimate. They were nice when I got there they took pictures and they said they were gonna reach back out to me within a few days two weeks went by. I have not heard anything from them. I emailed them as well as called them several times. No one has returned my call Nor did they return my emails. I had called corporate and they CCed me in an email along with them and they did not reach back out to me. I then followed up with them a week later on November 10 and they still have not reached back out to me so I would advise everyone do not go to them. They seem to Only cater to people if they’re deposit ready or if it seems to be very important to their standards waiting over a month for a

On the expected days of pick-up, I was informed on both days that my vehicle was not ready. On the actual day of completion I was yet informed of a delay again, but a gentleman named Greg whom I had not previously dealt with was able to get my car finished. Unfortunately, the location manager did not stand by his word regarding completion and repeatedly provided excuses for the delays. Additionally, the front desk staff was rude when I requested a specific pick-up time after receiving weeks of inconsistent information. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location, as vehicles may sit unfinished, and you may encounter repeated delays and poor customer service.

I recently had occasion to use Caliber Collision services as someone hit my car. They drove away without any notification.
