Very professional and they are there to guide you every step of the way! They went over and beyond with the cows unless of my car once the vehicle was serviced. Fast and friendly customer service, no complaints! I appreciate all the hard work that was done to service my car!

Caliber was fast and efficient with completing my autobody needs. I was updated frequently on the status of my vehicle. All work was completed before the estimated date I was given! My daughter unfortunately had a deer run in front of her car and it did a good amount of damage to the front passenger side. Caliber Collision in Portage did such an amazing job fixing up her vehicle. They not only did an amazing job they also kept me updated and informed during the whole process. Everyone I dealt with there was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely recommend them!!

I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision. This was our third vehicle we’ve taken there and the most recent was a brand new suv with less than 500 miles! Their work was fantastic! I have used Caliber Collision twice now for repairs due car accidents which were not my fault. One was a hit and run and the other was covered by other persons insurance. Caliber Collision in Portage did a great job both times. My car looks like nothing ever happened. They were fast and made everything easy for me from dealing with insurance to setting up the rental. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of repair.
