This place is unbelievably honest. I called Nicole for an appointment for my 2007 Toyota Corolla for a checkup and oil change. I’m retired and drive the car very seldom. I have it taken there every six months. She reminded me, that I can wait until April because that will be six months, if I so desired. She always remembers me and I feel a sense of honesty at this place. For sure I recommend it to seniors. They are honest and their customers come first, before the dollar.

Tie rod broke on me while I was on my way to work today and was thinking this was going to cost me my weekend overtime. Called Genuine and got my car towed here and they had my car jacked up and where already going to town on it before I even realized they had my car off the tow truck! They got it fixed and align really fast and got my car back home in about 2 hours and now I don’t have to miss my overtime! Chuck that worked there was also very helpfull!

I was on my way to a very important meeting Tuesday afternoon. A large chunk of concrete jumped out of 94 W and shredded my front left tire. I got off the first exit, called this shop, i was told they could put my spare on for $20 and in 10 minutes!!! Not only that, the owner waived the fee. Incredibly friendly, honest and FAST!!

Chuck and Joe were INCREDIBLY helpful. Highly recommend their fast service. As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars, they explained everything wonderfully

I found this place by chance and boy am I glad I did! I showed up with no appointment to get my AC checked; not only did they welcome me, they repaired my AC so well that it’s an ice box! So happy with the unbelievable low cost that I won’t be going to the dealership anytime soon. They do it all! The owner works all avenues of the store including the counter administrative clerk. Thank you.
