I couldn't do half the things I do without the right tools and at a price I can afford. They also allow me piece of mind that the tools will work till the job is done by the way they stand behind their products. Going on 20 years now.
Customer service sucks. Guy asked my disabled husband a question, my husband answered backed jokingly, guy caught an attitude and walked away. Dude must hate his job. We won't be going back there again. We will stick with Menards.

Employees especially mgr went out of their way to help. Always eager and willing to help, but not invasive. I really appreciate that.
Harbor freight turned out to be a premiere shopping experience. They had everything I was looking for and the staff was more than helpful. I really enjoyed browsing the store. I spotted some killer deals!
