From the start of the process to the vehicle pickup, these guys were patient, courteous and beyond professional. Very misleading and dishonest dealership. The vehicle was upsold online, and I specifically asked for confirmation of its condition before driving nearly two hours. I was told the car was 100% mechanically sound. When I arrived, the vehicle was in limp mode with multiple warning lights on—lit up like a Christmas tree. This was a complete waste of time and a blatant misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition. Shop elsewhere!
