The Preserve of Roseville

The Preserve of Roseville has become home for my aging parent, thankfully well before it was an emergency. It has been a joy to watch loneliness vanish in the place of new friends being made - friends with whom to walk through the adjacent nature preserve, friends for group games, and friends with whom to share meals or movies. The location in Roseville is fantastic, close to major grocery stores, pharmacies and everything else one could need. The building is only five years old, so the furnishings and appliances are all quite nice and in excellent repair. The value for the services my parent selected is excellent compared to the half a dozen or more other places in the area we considered. Sharie Eaddy at The Preserve of Roseville is absolutely an angel, I was impressed with her the first day we met. She knew the names of all the residents and where they live and she is warm and welcoming. She saw how overwhelmed my mom was getting and walked over to hug and comfort her and reassure her that she would be there every step of the way with her. She came in on her day off to accommodate us. I cannot say enough about her and all the staff I we met have been amazing also. Even the residents we met seem amazing. I feel so.e much better knowing that she has these beautiful angels watching over her when I cannot be there. Thanks you guys for simply being you.

I’m a new resident at The Preserve of Roseville ,and I’ve been here for a few months now. I was honestly very scared to move at first, especially since I had just gone through a very difficult time. She has truly bent over backwards for me. During one one of the hardest times in my life , she sat and held my hand in a daily basis and made sure I was ok. She went out of her way to help me fix things in my apartment , even help me fix things in my apartment , and helping with my tv. I have a little dog and Jesse always has treats for her when I come down. This staff truly cares for their residents. I can’t say enough about the preserve of Roseville. Assisted Living was not an immediate need I saw for my father, until suddenly - unexpectedly - it was. The team (especially Shari and Leah) held my hand and guided me through this stressful transition with more grace and care than I can possibly convey. The facility is wonderful, the staff always has a smile and kind words for the residents, visitors, and other staff. You can easily see the kindness and care that radiates through this community.
