Caliber Collision

I hit a deer and had my repairs done with Caliber through my insurance. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Very accommodating as well and kept me informed. They finished earlier than expected but were so understanding about me not being able to pick up early due to finances (high deductible). My car looked cleaner both inside and out than I remember leaving it, and looks brand new with the repairs they did. I genuinely think they actually raised my cars pre-collision value through this repair because of how much better it looks. Really hope I dont need them again any time soon but would not hesitate to use their services again, even without insurance involved.

Brought a vehicle and had the worst experience they just kept asking for more money every time and then gave me back vehicle with missing parts and tape still on vehicle parts misaligned wheels messed up etc wouldn’t recommend to bring car and we have other vehicles was going to let them handle our fleet of insurance accident vehicles now wouldn’t even think twice mind you it was a good car and insurance job and they completely dropped the ball! One of the worse experiences I’ve had in a while up there with worse in life and it was a $18,000+ job that we trusted them with that’s dealer prices minus the dealer quality! My experience at Caliber Collision was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the repair work was tremendous my vehicle looks absolutely perfect, like nothing ever happened. Daniel was especially awesome throughout the entire process. He was professional, communicative, and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way.
