Caliber Collision

We went here to get my Aunts care repaired and repainted after an accident. They had the rental car people meet us there. Very little waiting. We were kept informed along the way as to the progress via text messaging. We were given a promise date and they kept their promise. It was easy, convenient and stress free to do business with them. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. 5 Star!

They did a great job with the repairs that were done on my car. They had great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend them.

They did a good job on the repairs and cleaning, BUT their communication was very poor. The repairs also took them a couple weeks longer than expected. I would not refer other people to this location unless they don’t mind waiting for a long time.

If your very particular about your vehicle and notice small imperfections I would not go here. I had a new door put on and part of it does not sit flush with the body, they did not order a new rivet for the weather stripping around the door and left to pieces of rubber unsecured. Also noticed residue on my paint that I cannot get off. Said they would order part after having to go back and confront them about the work. It’s had been a month and have heard nothing.

Caliber Collision were awesome, the staff was so friendly answered all our questions. The repairs were done in a timely manner, what I most liked was before releasing vehicle they did several test drives and adjusted whatever needed to be fixed. Vehicle runs really good, I would recommend them for all vehicle repairs. Look them up and give them a call for excellent service.
