Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Communication was top-tier the entire time — Mason kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. The work itself was flawless. Huge shoutout to Wes for the incredible craftsmanship — the car came back looking 10/10, better than expected. Attention to detail was spot on, and the quality speaks for itself. Darren also deserves credit for running a solid operation. Great leadership, great team, and awesome customer service all around. I dropped off my Tesla after getting rear-ended in an accident. While sitting in the lobby initially, I overheard someone walk in and talk about how he was dropping off another vehicle there because they had already done a great job on his other one. I immediately felt at ease. For the past two months I've been in regular contact with Mason and have had several conversations with Rebecca at the front. I cannot say enough about these two individuals... the most genuine people. They were honest, thoughtful, and always showed compassion during a time where I was feeling frustrated (with insurance) and confused. Never settle for less than stellar work if you have a choice! And Connan’s does perfect work in my opinion. I had work done at Conan’s 2-3 x in the past 10-15 years and the quality was exceptional every time. This time my repair needs were because of an error by another driver who did significant damage to my Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited pearl color .the car did not have a lot of miles on it as I had so few miles to drive to work the past 5 years and then I retired. Ffankly was contemplating trading in for a new vehicle just because …. Well, not so any more! They repaired the damage, and cleaned up the auto & it looks and smells just about new. This isn’t my first rodeo with Connan’s Paint & Body. I’ve had them service my cars on three previous occasions and I was totally satisfied. This time I wanted to do a refresh on my 2020 C8 Corvette and I could only think of one place that could meet and exceed my expectations. Once again they pulled off what many might opt not to do as a car owner or shop service. They took my prized possession and transformed it into a show piece. The fit, finish and paint match is spectacular! Along the way with each step they kept me in the loop on the progression and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve had Connan’s repair two vehicles for me after being rear-ended both times. The work they performed as well as the communication during both processes were great and I Couldn’t ask for a better experience. This will always be my preferred shop.
