Performance Collision did a FANTASTIC job repairing my vehicle after I was rear ended. Melanie was my first point of contact, and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable before signing any paperwork to get the process started. Then, once repairs began I received regular notices about the progress. Not once did I wonder “when will I hear about my vehicle?”. Once my vehicle was complete, and I was able to pick it up, I was beyond pleased. The exterior of my car was washed, spotless, and fully repaired. I used Performance Collision at the recommendation of my insurance company, but I will now use them for any vehicle needs and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

My shiny white Buick Encore 2019 was sent here by my insurance company after the front right end was damaged. Took Ford Mach e to them for an estimate and repair after an accident. They worked with the insurance company completing negotiations and estimate. Then Abby kept me informed on the parts ordering, shipment and repair progress. No surprises and very pleased with the repair.

Modified review... There is new management and from what I was told a complete rebuild from within. Hopefully there is continued improvement. I've received a great conversation with Justin showing that there is a leader who cares about their clients. Wishing you success.
