California Hand Wash - Alpharetta

I went in to get a ceramic coating for both my car and my husband’s, and man were we impressed! I rarely wash my car and it was beat. I was expecting for it to be clean but not restored to the extent they got it to! My car looks like it was the day I got it from the dealership (of course minus the paint chips my kids have caused from hitting my doors 😅) Now my car stays looking in pristine condition with just a hose! Saving me so much time and embarrassment since I was guilty of always have a dirty car. Now my infinity looks like the luxury car it is. The staff was fantastic when it came to explaining the process, being timely, and caring for me and my car. I would and will be coming here again for my car needs! I highly recommend the ceramic!

I am truly disappointed with my experience today. I decided to splurge and have my car detailed instead of cleaning it myself, as I normally do. After paying $100 for the detail and seat shampoo (plus tip), I was shocked to find my car still dirty. The carpet under my seat was dirty, the interior had hardly been wiped down, and the exterior was still dirty as well. When I spoke to the manager, he made excuses (no, it wasn’t my seat moving — I checked) and told me that for that price point, they don’t clean the exterior that thoroughly. Excuse me? I can’t help but wonder if I had been a gentleman driving a BMW, like some of their other customers, whether I would have received the same level of service. I’ve been a member customer at California Car Cash for a year now, and they consistently provide excellent service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job on my car every time. The place is nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable while you wait. They even have a snack bar for customers, which is a nice touch. They have plenty of staff working, so the service is efficient and doesn’t take long. I highly recommend this place!

I was in town visiting a friend and they recommended this place, and I’m honestly glad they did. I brought my truck in for a wax and the whole experience was top tier from start to finish. The facility was super clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and they really paid attention to the details. My truck looked amazing when it was done—better than I expected. If I’m ever back in town, this will definitely be the first place I come back to. Highly recommend.

Came in for a wash and wax but my chairs weren’t wiped down and they didn’t vacuum under my chairs. They went back to redo it but when I pointed out that they didn’t wipe down all of the chairs AGAIN. The manager said and I quote “remember this isn’t a detailing service.” After i left I reach to grab my charger and they didn’t even clean the cup holders. Wiping down chairs is not detailing. Your service includes wiping down seats. My steering wheel was also not wiped down. Mammoth salon would neverrrr do this to me.
