Refresh Car Wash Milton

I ask for a hand wash which cost me $40 and I tipped $20 to the guy but I didn't know he used the same bucket and water that was used on my rims to wash my car which caused scratches on my 2019 black mustang your not supposed to use the same bucket. I won't be going back there ever again the. I found a great carwash the Wash Factory Express power washed and scrubbed with soap before sending it thru the wash bay. No scratches at all just a beautifully shiny car

Never going back even with the veterans discount..... I'm honestly only giving them one star because they did OK waxing my car. The inside I had gotten done and I had asked them twice to go back and clean something because they missed it. And even after that as you can see in the pictures they still didn't lift up the mats under the cup holders they missed the buncha stuff on the doors on the steering wheel and also in the trunk. They left wax on my door and didn't bother going over it twice looking to see if they got everything off. I mean it's kind of disappointing that I paid almost $70 for a car wash and I literally can't even get my cup holders clean.

I arrived at 10:48 a.m. I left at 2:20 p.m. with an incomplete service. I was told they were able to finish the inside of the vehicle but not the outside. When I arrived I made it very clear I needed to pick up my child at 2:30 p.m. and it would not take longer than 3 hours. I was left with a dusty dash board, cup holders that were not touched, stains on dash board, dog hair in the back. I feel taken advantage of I am beyond disappointed in this service. The service I received I would say would be equivalent to a $50 service max. After reading other reviews it sounds like they take advantage of people, specifically women. 10/10 DON’T recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will NOT do as they advertise and you WILL be dissatisfied. I was the first car to pull in when they opened at 9am. I NEVER received a call from them telling me it was done. I showed back up at 2:30pm , to be told my car was ready to go. They were about to let me drive off, when I noticed, they COMPLETELY MISSED the trunk and many other parts of the car. Dust and dirt in most corners, complete areas untouched. They didn't return my floor mats right away claiming that "I didn't see any when it was dropped off". And to top it off they left an adhesive residue on the car. When I approached staff to ask about the trunk, I was told , "we don't do trunks"....they straight lied to my face. I had to ask multiple times to get my floor mats back, and I had to pay 130$ for a

I came for a car wash on 04.29.2023 at 09:58 am. I gave them a car key and went inside to make a payment. After I made a payment, I went back to check on my car and saw while the car was going through that the drive-through back bumper was hanging!!! Two employees tried to put it before, and I took a picture. I asked a manager to complain, and the manager came to tell me that I am a liar and that damage was there before!!! He didn't want to speak with me, turned his back and left!!! I ended up with a damaged car from the car wash!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!! I have been going to Cactus Car Wash for years, and it looks like they changed their owner and management, and their service is not like before. BE AWARE IF YOU ARE TAKING YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE THERE!!!!
