I had an excellent experience with this shop from start to finish. The staff was professional and honest, and they took the time to clearly inform me on my car’s health and current condition. The work was completed on time, the pricing was fair, and they got my vehicle back to tip-top shape. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, and this shop has earned my confidence. I will absolutely be returning for future service and recommending them to others.

While I didn’t select Extra Mile to do work on my car for my most recent issue, they were great at helping me determine what the issue was. AJ was especially friendly and gave great advice. I felt like he really cared about my safety as a driver and that was so touching compared to other garages that just push services on you. Loved the customer service!

I recently found this place because of their inexpensive emissions testing. But they've also been incredible with other maintenance and repairs I needed. They carefully check what's already been done based on the service records and explain what is needed based on mileage. Fantastic work on the basic maintenance and more complicated CV axle assembly repair!! And the free loaner was a fantastic benefit. I absolutely will keep coming back.

Got my 2019 SUV scheduled maintenance here. Great experience! They followed the manufacturer checklist for my mileage, texted me a link to the full report and estimate. I was able to see photos and details (including a sort of urgency rating I appreciated) before selecting which items I agreed to. Another text when it was all finished. Clear direct communication- So refreshing in this industry. I can’t speak to “competitive” pricing because I’ve never been this satisfied with the service. I’ll be going here from now on!

I recently took my Mini in for a new battery as it died while out running errands late on a Sunday. A kind stranger gave me a jump. Extra Mile was closed so I made a quick stop at Auto Zone to test the battery. I was told I needed a replacement but they didn't have what the Mini requires. Thankful for that now because I took it to Extra Mile first thing the next morning. They quickly gave me keys to a free loaner car so I could get to work and called a little later to let me know my battery was perfectly fine- no need to get a new one. I appreciate their honesty! Being able to book an early appointment online for the next day and use of a free loaner vehicle really made this stressful inconvenience a non issue.
